How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders take between 1 and 5 days. Some orders may take longer due to customization, printing and third party manufacturing these products may take anything up to 14 days. All orders are tracked.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and Tuesday.
You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days. Over this period is subject to a refund not being issued.

POSTAL ADDRESS

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.
Delivery names and addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered.
If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is not delivered to you we can not resend the parcel.
If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of posting out.
